Enugu State Police Command says it has captured one of the suspects supposedly associated with the murder of the conventional leader of Ogbozinne people group in Nkanu West Local Government of the state.
The Spokesman of the order, SP Ebere Amaraizu, revealed this in an announcement on Thursday in Enugu.
The News Agency of Nigeria reviewed that Igwe Stephen Nwatu was killed on June 11 in the network over an extended town association authority.
The authority tussle is said to be on for over 10 years.
More than 200 houses were professedly leveled by a gathering in the network faithful to the ruler when the ruler was killed.
Amaraizu said the suspect “accepted to have taken an interest effectively in the demonstration” was seized by police agents two days back.
“The suspect is helping the police in its examinations and the charge has increased manhunt for different suspects,” he said.
